In fact, it only takes a few ingredients, such as high-quality butter, a sprinkling of freshly grated Parmesan cheese and a few "nuggets" of truffles, to make a dish that you won't be able to get out of your head so easily.
But let's analyze step by step how to make Tagliolini al Tartufo Bianco.
As a first step, we melt the butter at a very low temperature; this should return to its liquid state and not fry.
Turn off the heat and let it cool.
Meanwhile, we bring plenty of salted water to a boil.
We take a third of our fresh white truffle and grate it into melted butter.
