Ingredients:
Concentrated butter min.93% (origin: EU), White Truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) min. 3% (origin: Italy), Bianchetto Truffle (Tuber borchii Vitt.) (origin: Italy), salt, flavorings. Contains milk.

Method of use:
White Truffle Butter is an ideal condiment to enhance any of your dishes, in fact you can use it as a base for your risottos or as a simple but tasty condiment for first courses such as tortelli or gnocchi, to baste canapés or to brush on meat or fish main courses. It is ideal in all preparations in which White Truffles or Tartufi Bianchetti are present.
Recommended dose 10-15g per person.
Once opened store in the refrigerator at a temperature of +2 / +4°C and consume within the next 4-5 days
