Our Salt with Summer Truffle is made with Guerande gray salt and our finest Summer truffle. It is ideal for flavoring meats, especially cut or grilled meats. It is also great on vegetables.
Ingredients: Guerande gray salt origin France 97.75%, dried summer truffle (tuber aestivum Vitt.) origin Italy 1%, flavorings.
How to use: Ideal condiment for flavoring pasta, risotto, meat, carpaccio, grilled fish, eggs, salads, potatoes and vegetables.
Once opened store unopened in a cool, dry place away from natural light and heat sources.
