Ingredients Truffle powder:
Rice flour, natural flavors, salt, carob powder, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) min. 1 % (origin: Italy), black pepper.

Method of use Truffle powder:
Add to traditional marinating or as a salt and spice substitute.

Once opened store unopened in a cool, dry place away from natural light and heat sources.
