Fresh truffle
Truffles from our forests are quarried at the crack of dawn, to be brought as soon as possible to our laboratory, where they aremanually selected for size and aroma; only the truffles that pass this careful selection within two days reach the kitchens of the best restaurants around the world, the others become preserves, or fertilizer for our truffle farms.
Truffle preserves
One very wide line of preserves, with genuine and authentic flavor, suitable for both home and professional use, with only the distinction of formats. This allows both families and singles and the professional caterer to have a high-quality preparation ready to indulge their creativity.
