White truffle cream is the right combination of the best Champignon mushrooms, Parmesan cheese and our white truffle.

A recipe with very few ingredients that expresses all its authenticity. Without the addition of preservatives and artificial coloring.

Ingredients: Cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus) origin Italy 50%, PANNA* (milk cream), BURROW*, Parmigiano Reggianocheese (MILK*, rennet, salt), White truffle (tuber magnatum Pico) origin Italy 3%, salt, flavorings. *allergens. Contains milk and milk derivatives. May contain traces of nuts, sulfites.

How to use it: To best appreciate its aroma, it is recommended to process it, as usual for white truffles, with added milk or butter to enhance its creaminess. A ready-to-use excellent for seasoning pasta dishes, risottos, fresh pasta fillings, or as a cream to enhance a beef or salmon fillet. Recommended dose 15g per person.
Once opened store in the refrigerator at a temperature of +2 / +4°C and consume within the next 4-5 days
