A recipe with very few ingredients that expresses all its authenticity. Without the addition of preservatives and artificial coloring.
Ingredienti: Funghi coltivati (Agaricus Bisporus) origine Italia 50%, PANNA* (crema di latte), BURRO*, Parmigiano reggiano (LATTE*, caglio, sale), Tartufo bianco (tuber magnatum Pico) origine Italia 3%, sale, aromi. *allergeni. Contiene latte e derivati. Può contenere tracce di frutta a guscio, solfiti.
How to use it: To best appreciate its aroma, it is recommended to process it, as usual for white truffles, with added milk or butter to enhance its creaminess. A ready-to-use excellent for seasoning pasta dishes, risottos, fresh pasta fillings, or as a cream to enhance a beef or salmon fillet. Recommended dose 15g per person.
Once opened store in the refrigerator at a temperature of +2 / +4°C and consume within the next 4-5 days
