Prices
All Product prices are clearly indicated on the site and are in euros and include VAT.
For extra-EU or intra-EU purchases, the private customer is still subject to the payment of VAT which follows the nature of the product. In the case of a customer with a VAT number, the tax will be deducted from the cart after all billing and shipping information is entered.
Billing
The Agritaste company will issue either a receipt or an invoice as a tax document, based on the information that is provided.
For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer is authentic. However, the company reserves the right to verify the veracity of the data (VAT number and/or tax code).
Hard copy of the invoice or receipt accompanies the package.
If the order placed is a gift, it is possible (after notifying the Agritaste company either by e-mail or in the NOTES of the order), not to include the invoice or receipt in the package.
For tax purposes, the invoice/receipt transmitted to the Internal Revenue Service, which can be consulted at the pec address or SDI code provided by the Client or in the Client's private area, remains valid.
