For fresh product

Shipments are made Monday through Wednesday for orders received by noon on Wednesday; except for areas considered by the carrier to be "remote" or "inconvenient" and islands where shipments are made only on Monday and Tuesday for orders received by noon on Tuesday.

Orders received after that time will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

Packaging costs always remain the responsibility of the Agritaste company.

We take all precautions to ensure the freshness of the product. The company employs the use of polystyrene thermal boxes for food use; in addition, depending on the season and the destination area, one to several refrigerant icicles are placed inside the box.

Shipment tracking

After placing an order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail containing the details of your purchase. When the package leaves, we will send you a second e-mail containing the tracking number of the shipment and the courier company to which the order was entrusted.

Delivery

We make use of express courier (SDA, TNT, DHL, UPS) for order delivery. The choice of the courier company to entrust the parcel is made from time to time according to the period and critical issues that may arrive during holiday periods.

Delivery is normally within 24 hours of the order's departure, except for areas considered by the carrier to be "remote" or "inconvenient" and islands where it generally takes 48 hours.

Should any issues arise that would cause delivery to be delayed an additional 24 hours, the product is not to be considered inadequate.

The company is always at complete disposal to evaluate each individual case, always considering that in any case the unsatisfied customer can make use of the right of return.
