Our White Truffle Salt is made with Guerande gray salt and our finest White Truffle. It is ideal for flavoring meats, especially cut or grilled meats. It is also excellent on vegetables.
Ingredients: Guerande gray salt origin France 98.65%, dried white truffle (tuber magnatum Pico) origin Italy 0.1%, flavorings.
How to use: Ideal condiment for flavoring pasta, risotto, meat, carpaccio, grilled fish, eggs, salads, potatoes and vegetables.
Once opened store unopened in a cool, dry place away from natural light and heat sources.
