Method of use natural summer truffle:
It can be used as the fresh, grated or sliced product. To appreciate it best, it is recommended to be processed with extra virgin olive oil, or butter, or cheese, or with the addition of truffle-flavored oil. The cooking water can also be used.
Recommended dose 20g per person.
