Truffle sauce is the right combination of the best Champignon mushrooms and our best summer truffle. The result of an ancient family recipe, it expresses all its authenticity. Without the addition of preservatives and artificial coloring.

Ingredients: Cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus) origin Italy 62%, sunflower seed oil, extra virgin olive oil, parsley, summer truffle (tuber aestivum Vitt.) origin Italy 4%, salt, garlic, flavorings.

Directions for use: On bread for a crunchy bruschetta, as a filling for your fresh pasta or as a sauce to your first course, with eggs for a tasty scramble or as a sauce to go with main courses of meat and fish. When used as a cream to dress a first course, truffle sauce goes very well with butter, Parmesan, cream and béchamel. Recommended dose 20-30g per person.
Once opened store in the refrigerator at a temperature of +2 / +4°C and consume within the next 4-5 days
