Ingredients Truffle sauce:
Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus) min. 35% (origin: EU), olive oil, black olives (stabilizer: ferrous gluconate), breadcrumbs ( wheat flour, water, salt, yeast), summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) min. 5% (origin: Italy), salt, anchovy paste(anchovies, olive oil, salt, cloves), garlic, Porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis & rel. Group), cornstarch, pepper, flavorings. Contains gluten, fish.
How to use truffle sauce:
Ideal for embellishing any of your recipes: on bread for a crunchy bruschetta, as a filling for your fresh pasta or as a sauce to your first course, with eggs for a tasty scramble or as a sauce to go with main courses of meat and fish. The product can be used straight from the jar. If you wish to reheat it, do so in a bain-marie or in the microwave oven at the lowest temperature, taking care to remove the cap first. Alternatively, if used as a cream to season a first course, truffle sauce goes very well with butter, Parmesan, cream and béchamel.
Recommended dose 20-30g per person.
Once opened store in the refrigerator at a temperature of +2 / +4°C and consume within the next 4-5 days
