Ground summer truffles are made using summer truffles at their peak ripeness.

Carefully selected is processed into this splendid 100% truffle mince.

The very few ingredients express all its authenticity.

Ingredients: Summer truffle (tuber aestivum Vitt.) origin Italy 70%, sunflower seed oil, salt, natural flavors.

Method of use: It can be used in the same way as the fresh product. You can use it to make a simple bruschetta or crostino, season a risotto or a first course, but also as a filling for your fresh pasta, until it marries well with meat fish and eggs.
Recommended dose 20-30g per person.
Once opened store in the refrigerator at a temperature of +2 / +4°C and consume within the next 4-5 days
