Summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) min. 50 percent (origin: Italy), extra virgin olive oil, salt, natural flavors.

Method of use Sliced summer truffle:
Can be used in the same way as the fresh product. One of the most versatile products suitable for bringing to your table every day. From a simple bruschetta or crostino, to a risotto or first course but also as a filling for your fresh pasta, to marrying well with meat fish and eggs.
Recommended dose 20-30g per person.
Once opened store in the refrigerator at a temperature of +2 / +4°C and consume within the next 4-5 days
