White truffle extra virgin olive oil is made from the best Extra Virgin Olive Oil, cold extracted by mechanical procedures only. Then flavored with white truffle. This seasoning gives your dishes a distinct and characteristic aroma of white truffle.

Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil origin EU 99.6%, dried white truffle (tuber magnatum Pico) origin Italy 0.1%, flavorings.

How to use: Ideal as a condiment to enhance the flavor of a first course or barbecued meats, or, directly on bread. Extra virgin olive oil flavored with white truffle is also perfect for enhancing simple salads or to flavor pizzas and focaccia.
Recommended dose per person: 1⁄2 tablespoon.
Once opened store unopened in a cool, dry place, away from natural light and heat sources.
