Truffle mayonnaise ingredients:
Sunflower seed oil 40 percent (origin: EU), water, sugar, apple cider vinegar, modified starch, salt, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 1 percent (origin: Italy), coloring: beta-carotene, preservative: potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate, antioxidants: rosemary extract, natural and artificial flavors. Contains sulfites.

How to use truffle mayonnaise:
With its light character and unmistakable truffle scent, it is ideal to pair with white meats, fish, and grilled vegetables but also with simple salads.

Once opened, store in the refrigerator at a temperature of +2 / +4°C and consume within the next 4-5 days
