A classic of Roman cuisine, increasingly in demand around the world, CACIO E PEPE. A ready-to-use, in its original recipe, with Pecorino Romano D.O.P. revisited and embellished, on this occasion, with our best Summer Truffles.

Ingredients cacio e pepe with summer truffle:
Pecorino Romano D.O.P. cheese( sheep'smilk, salt, lamb rennet, milk enzymes) min. 38%, milk, water, butter, cornstarch, salt, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) min. 1% (origin: Italy), black pepper min. 0.2% (origin: extra-EU), natural flavors. Contains milk.

How to use cacio e pepe with summer truffle:
Ideal as a condiment for both long and short pasta dishes, or in the preparation of risottos.

Pour the contents into a large skillet and heat over low heat, adding cooking water or milk if necessary, before pouring in the pasta and finishing cooking.

If you wish you can add black pepper and additional truffle flakes.

Recommended quantity for 2 servings.

Once opened store in the refrigerator at a temperature of +2 / +4°C and consume within 4/5 days.

    I received this product for free by chance, just on a purchase of fresh truffles,. it is a cream cheese pecorino cheese with pepper and truffle ...STREPITOSA!!!.With a packet I was able to season more than three times, pasta dishes for two, of different thread more than satisfactorily. .I must say that what really counts is that from the smell it seemed prepared with freshly harvested truffles.....Homemade tagliatelle, spaghetti No. 19 fior fiore COOP and to finish orecchiette and .maccheroncini Leccesi of barley and durum wheat.......A DELICACY for the palate !
