- 6 eggs
- 40 g of 100% grated summer truffle sauce
- 20 g black truffle butter

- White truffle extra virgin olive oil to taste.
Instructions
In a small bowl, beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper, with the 100% truffle sauce, let stand and season for about half an hour. In a saucepan put the butter, melt it then pour in the mixture and cook stirring with a wooden spoon gently for a few minutes so that the mixture does not "pull" too much
Serve with slices of homemade bread or bacon previously toasted in the oven.
If you want to enhance the truffle aroma even more, add a few drops of extra virgin black truffle oil cold.
