Il Tartufo Bianchetto (Tuber Borchii Vitt. o Tuber albidum Pico) ha un aroma piuttosto forte e un pò piccante. Al palato spicca il suo aroma agliaceo, al naso quello del caffè.

QUALITÀ PRIMA SCELTA: I tartufi che vengono inviati sono di prima scelta, ovvero tartufi compresi tra i 7 e i 30 g, fino a completare il peso acquistato.

Il tartufo Bianchetto fresco deve essere lavato prima del suo utilizzo, pertanto si consiglia di utilizzare una spazzola a setole medio dure per lavarlo sotto un filo di acqua fredda corrente. Asciugatelo con carta assorbente.
