Cream 48% (origin: Italy), butter, milk, pasteurized eggs, water, white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) min. 2% (origin: Italy), Bianchetto truffle (Tuber borchii Vitt.)(origin: Italy), grated cheese, salt, cornstarch, flavorings. Contains milk, eggs.
Method of use white truffle cream:
To best appreciate its aroma, it is recommended to process it, as usual for white truffles, with added milk or butter to enhance its creaminess.
Recommended dose 15g per person.
Once opened store in the refrigerator at a temperature of +2 / +4°C and consume within the next 4-5 days
