Fresh Black Autumn Truffle (tuber uncinatum Chatin) has a pleasant and distinct aroma reminiscent of Porcino, Hazelnut and Grana.
QUALITY FIRST CHOICE: Truffles that are sent are in one piece as long as there is availability in stock, otherwise multiple pieces (between 10 g and 80 g) will be sent until the purchased weight is completed.
Fresh Autumn Truffle should be washed before using it, so use a medium-hard bristle brush to wash it under a trickle of cold running water. Dry it with paper towels.
In cooking, it is generally sliced over hot dishes with a special truffle slicer. To enhance its aroma even more, it is recommended to grate it in a bowl and add quality olive oil and salt. With this resulting sauce, you can season pasta, a risotto or add it on top of a tartare or sliced beef or add in a stew.

How to use Cacio e Pepe with Summer Truffle:
Ideal as a condiment for both long and short pasta dishes, or in the preparation of risottos. Pour the contents into a large skillet and heat over low heat, adding cooking water or milk if necessary, before pouring in the pasta and finishing cooking. If desired you can add black pepper and additional truffle flakes.
Once opened store in the refrigerator (2 to 4 °C) and consume in the next 2-3 days.
Truffled Porcini Mushroom Cream is a product of few but precious wild ingredients, such as Porcini mushrooms and Summer truffle, with the addition of few healthy and wholesome ingredients.

How to use cream with truffled porcini mushrooms:
Spread on toast, to season both hot and cold pasta dishes, as a sauce for gourmet sandwiches, or as a cream for meat or game main courses.
Once opened store in the refrigerator (2 to 4 °C) and consume in the next 2-3 days.
