Ingredients for 4 people

FOR THE CANDY PASTA:

250g Flour

2 Eggs

FOR THE FILLING:

100g Stracchino cheese

100g Petit Suisse cheese

200g Ricotta cheese

80g Grated Parmesan

Nutmeg

TO SEASON:

60g Butter Black Truffle Salt Pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Make the dough by mixing the flour with eggs and knead for a few minutes; make a ball and let it to rest for 1 hour. Sieve the ricotta cheese and mix it with the other cheeses, salt and pepper,

add a pinch of nutmeg and put it in the fridge.

Roll out the dough into a sheet and cut it into small squares of about 5 cm. on each side. Brush their surface with a little of melted butter, place a teaspoon of cream cheese on the top of each square of dough; then, close the small squares by turning the two ends in the opposite direction in order to make a candy.

Boil the candies into salted water, season them on the serving plate with butter, cream cheeses and thin slices of truffle.
